Juniper Redvers, BSc, MEDes
Juniper is a Métis Chipewyan born and raised in the Northwest Territories. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Resource Systems from the University of British Columbia and completed her Masters in Environmental Design at the University of Calgary. Her research interests include looking at the importance of land and environment for Indigenous community healing. She has worked in a variety of professional roles including Resource Management and Public Safety Specialist for Parks Canada, Youth and Family support worker at a wilderness treatment program, canoe guide, environmental educator, and health researcher. Interested in how the fields of ecology, health, and education are intimately interrelated, she aims to integrate across disciplines for practical application in northern communities.
